Like a warm hug from your childhood, assuming your childhood involved chugging vaguely chocolate-flavored sugar water. Is it gourmet? Absolutely not. Does it slap on a cold day when my willpower is at an all-time low? You bet. Just add hot water (or, if you have even an ounce of self-respect, milk), stir until most of the powder dissolves, and enjoy the inevitable clumps of cocoa dust that refuse to assimilate. The canister also doubles as an emergency drum for impromptu kitchen concerts. Five stars because I’m too deep in this addiction to stop now.

A good price at Sam’s and I love the size of this Swiss Miss. You don’t have to rip open packages of this, just lift the lid and place how much you want in your mug and close. The amount in their packages is not enough for a large mug & you have to open a few. Love this on my counter next to my Kuerig. Once in a while when I’m making coffee I put a spoonful in my cup & stir.

Excellent hot chocolate. Wife has it every morning. Only regret is Sams has not stocked it in their stores. Have to order it online.

My children love this hot chocolate mix. Buying it in a larger container is cheaper than buying the small box with just a few pouches at your grocery store.

I am limited on caffeine but love my coffee and hot chocolate< no problem with finding decaf coffee but every hot chocolate I have found was loaded with caffeine. while shopping in our local Sams I found Swiss Miss hot chocolate and label said 99.9% caffeine free, bought it, tried it ----TASTE GREAT! -- Placed order for more and was pleasantly surprised to have it delivered 3 days later! Great service!

I always put half a package of hot chocolate mix in my coffee instead of creamer. I was wasting a lot of chocolate mix still in the envelope. I bought this large package of hot cocoa mix and put a spoon full in each cup of coffee instead of creamer.

This product is good because you only need to mix it with water. I enjoy a heaping tablespoonful in my coffee. Their formula has changed slightly. It says "new and improved" but I disagree with "improved". It took me a few servings to get used to the new flavor which just seems to be cheaper probably for them to make. That's why I dropped a star.

i order this for the Christmas season, the reviews say its not as good as the original, i beg to differ, this is as good as always, the only complaint i have, is there is no scoop in the can, i would recommend to anyone that loves chocolate

I bought this for my daughter to make layered hot cocoa bags for friends. We had 22 tins that we wanted to put two servings each in. Since this claimed to make 62 mugs and we only needed 44, this was perfect. Normally, I am sure people aren't measuring this out. They probably aren't going to catch it. However, we used 1/4 cup powder per instructions for each serving. We made sure they weren't packed down and were level for consistency. Imagine our surprise when we were only able to get 43 servings out of this! They are shorting us nearly a 1/3 of the product
