This is by far the best tasting hot choclate I have ever tasted. You must use the specified amount. Better by far than their individual packets.

I made hot chocolate for an event in my 100 cup coffee maker and Swiss Miss dissolved well in the hot water; everyone loved the flavor. I did use extra hot chocolate mix w/ the hot water to ensure a creamy chocolate experience (25% more).

This is a great value for the cold winter months!!! My hubby and I have been enjoying the hot chocolate at night while watching tv. Great way to warm up on these chilly winter nights!!!

I HAVE ALOT OF TROUBLE SLEEPING INSTEAD OF TAKING ANY MEDICATION I MAKE MYSELF A CUP OF SWISS MISS BEFORE I GO TO BED AND THEN I SLEEP REAL GOOD.I DONT KNOW WHY BUT IT WORKS FOR ME SO I DONT QUESTION IT.

Best deal on Milk Chocolate mix. Had to upgrade to plus membership ($55 more for the year) to save having to pay $4 shipping charge). Will have to work to make sure that benefits outweigh the cost. This item is no longer stocked at our nearest Sam's Club.
