This product does not dissolve or blend well with chilled plant based milk! It clumps up and floats on the milk surface.

This review might not be the typical but I wanted to say I was really excited about your dairy-free cocoa option and made a special trip to a local store that seem to carry it only to find out it's made with coconut milk. In case you guys don't know it at Conagra, coconut milk is an IBS trigger, so no cocoa for me. 😭

We always buy our Hot Chocolate packs from Sams! It is so much cheaper in bulk! We have always bought the one with the marshmallows. They are not full-size mini marshmallows, but smaller ones. We had heard the other type, same brand but Rich Hot Chocolate (no marshmallows) was better, so we gave it a try. We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it tasted! It has a much better chocolate taste and is richer, creamier!

It's hard finding a good hot chocolate, on the way to work on a cold day, but now after coming across Swiss Miss hot chocolate I don't even have to worry about catching traffic and having some at home! I always have these in stock for even a hot day! Making a chocolate slush ! Wow

I loved your cocoa for decades. Now I am bereft. Your recent reformulation has lead to a serious degradation in the texture of the drink. Within an hour, my mocha begins to develop a slimy goopy texture which increases with time until the entire drink becomes a single viscous and unpalatable mass. I have been a regular and enthusiastic consumer of Swiss Miss for over fifty years, mixing it with strong coffee to make my daily mocha, sipping it throughout the day. I used to buy four 4-pound cases at a time. Now even the sight of your logo makes me gag. Last year I would have given you a five star rating. Now I can only give you one star. Please bring back your classic formulation.

Milk chocolate with superb milk & okay chocolate flavors. I buy this in bulk to put into dark coffee, usually Peet's, to make a truly great mocha. Remember Swiss Miss is a dairy first; you will notice the milk flavor is far better than you would expect from dehydrated milk. A satisfying milk chocolate & a sublime mocha.

Purchased for curbside pickup and box was damaged and torn. All sides of box were held together with packaging tape. Sam's has lost its quality control on curbside pickup. Many times cans are dented, boxes torn or items either expired or within days of expiration date.
