Poor quality ingredients, changed recipe?

We have bought Swiss Miss for the last 20 years and loved it but the last 2 containers have been horrible. It's not the rich creamy chocolate flavor it uses to be. It tastes like poor quality artificial flavors and spoiled milk and has almost no creamy texture. Please fix your quality and/or recipe issue.

Very satisfied. Has great taste, and each packet makes 8 oz cup of chocolate.

Great Hot Chocolate Drink

Easy to make. Has marshmellows but you can add more and top with whipped cream. Wonderful taste.
