We have a small one-waffle waffle maker that we use each morning. We each have two eggs and 1/2 of the protein waffle for our power breakfast each morning. I have so much energy and stamina to get me through the morning. And it is delicious!

I add some vanilla and a little splenda sugar blend they are fantastic 👌 I do not normally like pancakes but needed protien breakfast options I was getting tired of eggs alone. I bought this mix made it as directed on the box and they are NOT good that way. If you want a light fluffy pancake with this mix you must do the egg whites and yolks recipe. I make them up in batches they freeze wonderfully. So far I have done blueberry, banana, cinnamon and I actually like them better than reg pancake mix.
