I’m glad we’ve been able to find this in bulk at Sam’s. My body doesn’t react to these the same way it does with other pancake mixes. We add milk and eggs to boost protein, and other ingredients to make different flavors of pancakes and waffles. They do brown quickly when making pancakes, but that never seems to bother anyone here. I hope this will be a consistent offering at Sam’s!

This stuff is AWESOME! We have been eating pancakes/waffles every Sunday morning for over a year now and NOTHING compares to Kodiak. Super easy to make and sooooo affordable through Sams Club. We have been through about TEN boxes!! (Add some pumpkin pie spice to make them even better!)

Delicious. My daughter purchased the Kodiak Cakes mix, and shared a package with me. It had been a while since I had eaten pancakes, since I'm trying to lose weight, so I was happy with the taste, and ease of using the mix. I used sugar free syrup on top, so this was a win, win.

Great buy! Don’t get it in the regular grocery store or you will pay too much. I make the muffin recipe a lot for my family. I like how it’s nutritious and my family likes the taste and texture. I add pumpkin and chocolate chips and they make a hearty snack. I’ve also added chopped up raw apples & walnuts & cinnamon, frozen berries, bananas & chocolate chips, & puréed butternut squash with pumpkin pie seasoning, lastly zucchini with clove & chocolate chips. Yummmmm

Delicious pancakes and waffles! Low fat and high protein and whole grain. The mix can be made into cookies and muffins too. All very tasty. My 4 year old grandson says that Grandma makes the best pancakes ever and wants them for all three meals and snacks!

We’ve been using the Kodiak mix for years. I make protein muffins 1 entire package at a time and freeze them for quick, easy breakfasts. The individual bags in this box are larger than the standard box they sell now, so I had to adjust my recipe to accommodate that when I first started using this. The Kodiak website has all sorts of recipes to try with this mix. We’ve tried several.

Made pancakes with this and they were good. Yes, they have a whole grain taste, but they are good, and healthy. I’ve made waffles with this mix before, not bought at Sams, and they were good. Sams price is much more affordable. You can keep in the freezer or fridge to keep fresh.

Tasty and convenient! I use this to make waffles in our Dash 4” waffle makers for a quick and easy breakfast with an egg and bacon or sausage. 1/8 th cup Kodiak with 1/8 th cup of water makes the perfect amount. Or use an egg with it and throw it on a griddle nice and easy!

I love Kodiak pancake mix. I’m on a weight loss journey and this product helps me immensely. Not only is it good for pancakes and waffles but almost any recipe that calls for flour can be subbed with Kodiak. It’s lower in calories than regular flour and higher in protein. My favorite recipes include fresh strawberry muffins and lemon blueberry muffins. But the possibilities are endless. I always stock up when it goes on sale

By far the best mix I've ever made, easy, 1to 1 ratio, cooks evenly, texture is bread like, not heavy not light. I cook on medium/high heat with a little olive oil. Instead of water I use the Bia brand coconut water, the flavor is excellent. Add fruit topping after pouring batter, blueberries are my favorite. Add a little whip topping and real maple syrup poured around the edges, not over for moist cakes, not soagy. Well worth purchasing.
