I bought this for the family during the Mother's Day sale. I've been mulling over buying a Vitamix for over a year now. I'm so glad that I took the leap and bought this package! .I specifically wanted to be able to grind grains and this package included the grain jar. Like almost everyone who has reviewed the Vitamix, we use this at least once a day for smoothies, soups, ices, etc. It works flawlessly every time.

I have bend blending fruits and veggies for years, then started drinking bulletproof coffee which requires blending as well. I went through 2 high end blenders before making the decision to go with the best and get over the cost. I love my vitamix! Wish I just would have started with it. Hot or cold, high speed emulsifier or low speed processor it's the bomb! Just save yourself the headache of going through the others and get the best right off!

Had bought this for xmas for my fiance and thought it was a bit pricey for just a blender, well I am not affraid to say I was do wrong, I wish i would have bought one of these years ago. Best $ I have ever spent on a appliance, it is incredible....

Purchase was made on May 13, 2017, did not arrive on schedule (several days late). All that being said, I really like this product. I have made many smoothies and really like how quiet it is in comparison to the "Health Master" that no longer works. Will try the grinder to make almond milk this week. So far I am a happy camper. Power is great and very easy to use.

Had this about two months now. I had no idea of how many different greens there are out there and mix them up with any fruits etc and they come out tasting great. My wife makes us a 16oz drink each day and they are wonderful. The vitamix is the easiest product to clean. Pricy? Not for what you get and how it works.

We have a 5200 and we bought this set for my brother's family. They have already starting using it to get more fruit and veggie intake. I personally like the 5200 because it doesn't have much "intelligence" other than twirly knobs and switches - that's more than enough smart features for me, thank you.

After about 2 years my ninja was breaking down on me so I decided to upgrade &boy am I glad I did! My vitamix can truly emulsify pretty much anything into a perfectly sooth sauce. As a whole foods centered vegan this blender has enhanced my favorite sauces &made it possible to cream any veggies I can think of into sauce form. I can't belive I waited so long to get this

Finally brought one of these after quite a few years of settling for a "decent" blender. We use it every single day. The quality is clearly evident in all of its components. It does a much better job than anything else I've owned, but the speed and ease of cleaning it has been one of the best features. No electronic frills but plenty of settings and jet-engine speed!

I have had this blender for about a month and we love it. I never really thought i would spend several hundred dollars on a blender but I love to cook and I read so many reviews that people said it was worth it. I would now agree even after just having it for a short time.. This blender is so far superior to anything I have used before. We have mainly made smoothies and shakes so far. It is far quicker than my old blender. Easy to clean. Some people had complained about the noise but to me it is not bad at all---I did not think it was any louder than my old one. I got the package that had the 2 sizes for wet blending and 1 for dry ingredient grinding/blending. If you are trying to keep costs down then you would be fine just to get the larger single blender container since it will work with anything (i use that more than the smaller one). I do still like having the smaller one for little jobs. I have not yet done anything with the dry container but hope to try that soon. If you are a great cook and love kitchen gadgets--I would encourage you not to hesitate and go ahead and make the splurge-- i don't think you will be disappointed.. If you ask me is there any negatives the only thing is that it is a tall appliance and i have to keep my tall container on the counter next to the blender base since it won't fit under the cabinet with the container on top of the base ( that is a minimal inconvenience).

This machine does everything it promises. It is especially good for making seeds and nuts completely smooth. I enjoy making pizza dough with it, so quick nice and warm ready to raise. The high power is there after i have initially broken down fresh fruits and veggies to make the smoothie perfectly blended.
