A+ to engineers and designers that come up with this powerful machine! A+ to people from Vitamix that work hard behind the scene for offering such a high end product! I used before many blenders none of them can be compare with Vitamix. My smoothies are silky and tasty as can be. My soups are delicious and are so fine made, this help me with my digestive issues.:) All the containers that come with this machine are top quality and very solid made. I am happy to be able to load tone of fruits and get a heavenly smoothie. I realized by using VITAMIX I do not need my expensive juicing machine. It will worth every $ that you invested in this machine, really I am impressed with the Vitamix top quality machine. Love and peace to all bright minds out there!

I make a smoothie every morning. I usually use all frozen ingredients as well as protein powder and ground flax. With my KichenAid, I would mix my dry ingredients with coconut water by hand in a cup and then cajole my blender to finish the process. I used my KichenAid for 5 years. It was so much work. With my Vitamix, I use the dry mix container to grind enough flax seeds for several days. I blend the dry ingredients with coconut water for a few seconds on low, then I add frozen greens and fruits and blend for about 60 seconds. So easy!!!

Vitamix blender is everything I hoped it would be! Easy to use, powerful and easy to clean. Blenders I previously purchased would break down so quickly and were a waste of money! Very satisfied with this Vitamix package with three different containers! Highly recommend!

When my Ninja died, I borrowed my sister-in-law's 5200 and fell in love! I purchased a Certified Reconditioned Next Generation blender, so it would fit under my cupboards. I found it did not handle my smoothie recipes as well as the 5200. I contacted customer service and they explained that the Next Gen with the shorter, wider-based pitcher, worked best with a larger recipes. I make everything from single serving smoothies, to a full pitcher when making a recipe to serve the whole family, so I needed to be able to do both. I decided to return the Next Gen and order a 5200, customer service was excellent. I had already planned to order a dry pitcher down the road, but decided to go ahead and order the "complete kitchen" set to have a small liquid pitcher as well. It was the best deal overall. I am extremely pleased with how well the 5200 hundred blends frozen okra, spinach, oranges, ice cubes, etc. Would highly recommend this to friends and family.

This machine has become my best friend. I am going through chemotherapy and to be able to create amazingly tasty and healthy smoothies is keeping me alive, I believe this! Thank you Vitamix!

I'm very happy to own this machine. There are so many ways to use it and I would compare its versatility to that of a food processor more than a blender.

My Vitamix is well worth every penny! I use it daily to make fruit smoothies and sorbet for my husband. I am going to make soup next! I might even try to make bread!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my Vitamin. I have used it to make several dishes from the book and have created a few of my own. I love it! the dry blender is perfect to grind my sea salt extra fine when I need it. The only negative is that it is a bit loud and when using it on high you need to hold the base or it will "walk".

I bought this as a graduation gift for a friend in December. I am so disappointed as it has already broken (she told me the motor ceased up last Friday). Now she has to deal with the hassle of exchanging. I have mine 10 years and used the warranty when it failed at the 6.5 year point.

Simple design, simply better than Blendtec. Still not too sure about pricing differences for the various colors but guess its all about supply/demand! The jars could be stronger, hopefully the plastic can handle the regular usage they are meant for. Overall, makes soups/smoothies so much easier to make..
