Good as gravy or white sauce on canned vegetables. The first box I had had a Potato Soup recipe on it, too. I halve the small batch recipe as two cups of gravy is enough for me (3/4 c. mix in 1/2 c/ cold water, stir into 1 1/2 c. boiling water).
