A bit pricier, but much lighter which is helpful for old folks like me. I also believe that this cat litter gets caught in my cats paws more than the other heavier clumping stuff, which causes a bit more of a cleanup around the box. Still a worthwhile buy for me (I drag my large litter box into RV once a month).

I wish I'd known about a low dust and low weight kitty litter sooner. its an amazing difference and one that I have gladly been paying extra for. i got tired of breaking my back trying to lift the container and now it's not an issue anymore. Also really great for multi cat homes because the scent of litter covers the cat stink. ive been buying this for well over a year now and with 3 cats it's very much appreciated.

it cost a pretty penny but it’s so much better on my back! I have 3 cats and so getting 24/7 light weight is the only way to clean daily and not smell anything. I have gotten compliments on how amazing my house does not smell of littler box and they are all 3 boxes at the front door!

Very lightweight and easy to use. When you pick up a clump, the free sand flows easily through the scoop and back into the tray. The only downside is it is grains are easily tracked onto the floor when the cat leaves the tray. It is easy to sweep though, so this is not a major problem.

I hate heavy cat litter. I don't understand why cat litter has to weigh a ton for your cat to want to use it. This cat litter is really nice and light. Problem is not all cats want to use it. Two of my four cats are very picky to the point that they will not use a litter box if it's not the right litter. Those cats won't use this litter. My other two cats are fine with it.

When you see the box you immediately think "ugh this is going to be heavy." Before you know it you're flinging the box across your cart because you were prepared to hoist a million pound box; it's so lightweight!! It's easy to scoop and never smells bad; no clumping! I will NEVER use another litter. Thank you Tidy Cat for saving my back and keeping my house smelling great!

I got this as a replacement item on a Walmart order, and used it with the thought of "this is gonna suck." Turns out, this stuff is way better than the regular weight litter. Scoops very easily and, as the name suggests, is very lightweight. Definitely recommended.

The best so far. Easy clean up. Still lots of tracking. Can’t seem to get away from it. Smell is a little strong. My cats don’t seem to mind. It’s hard to explain. It’s so light that when the cats are trying to bury their feces it gets covered every time, unlike others when it starts clumping the cats can’t seem to get it completely covered. The odor is no longer an issue in my house.

Purina Tidy Cats Clumping Cat Litter is my go to litter. It just works so well, and makes cleaning the litter box so much easier. The dust is lower than others, and it clumps much better also. I get the pail because I have 2 big litter boxes and 4 cats. I like the light weight litter more simply because it is much lighter than the regular litter, and yes it works just as well as the regular weight litter. It is also easier for my teens to pick up and refill the litter boxes when they clean them.

I keep using it because I love it as a product, however, it sticks to the bottom of the litter box (which is extremely frustrating as all cat owners know)…so that’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars. Also- my most recent purchase of this item was missing half the litter out of the container, which I thought was very odd.
