New packaging design is too hard to carry,open and too hard to pour. If you carry one handed the cardboard rips. You have to have a knife or scissors to open. Tape does not peel easily and the bag perforations were non existent on the one I opened today. Sam’s required vendors to make the change and it is not working at all! No way elderly can handle this.

I purchased a large box from the nearby club store. I love the fact that it's lightweight, but I don't like the fact track and leaves dust or doesn't cover urine odors very well. I'm not satisfied with this product and I will go back to using something that covers odors better

I admit that this product is very lightweight, but it doesn't work any better than any other clumping litter I have tried. What they don't tell you is that it has a very strong PERFUMY odor that smells up you whole house. If you have allergies to perfumes, as I do, you don't want this product in your house. I gave it one star because it is very lightweight.

Do not buy this!!!!! It is the worst litter I have ever used in my life. I bought it for just an extra box and from the first time the cat went in it the smell was unbearable. I took the bag out and the box still smelled awful so I had to spray bleach in it and let it soak just to remove the smell.

Its terrible! I originally purchased for my Litter-Robot in hopes that I can go a full week without changing the drawer. My cats track this stuff everywhere, its stuck all over the wall from them covering their buisness. We just now had to bath my cat because it was stuck all over her back paws like freaking plaster! I will never purchase the light version again.

The new packaging is mot an improvement. The handle on top is the easiest to lift and maneuver, especially for a woman who lives alone with 12 cats. The plastic bag inside the new design of the box is impossible to figure out and them to pour. The whole box has to be lifted. And held with one hand. Makes a mess. I might have to look for another brand. (Too bad, because the litter is fine. ) is there a video showing someone pouring the litter into litter boxes?

Hi, we have 5 rescued cats and 3 large litter boxes. Love the new light weight so I can scoop without my shoulder hurting. All litter has dust, however, I have not noticed any more than usual from my normal/old heavy Tidy Cat litter. Am gradually changing over to the new litter... so far the cats seem to like it. I'd love to get a coupon, as this is a little more expensive. Thank you for the new light litter!!!

However I believe now that we are going to stick with tidy cats lightweight it is so much easier to get in and out of the cart and it does the exact job as most of the expensive brands that we have bought in the past.

I saw the ad's and tried the lightweight. I have a Calico and a large Main coon. The problem is the litter is so light that it sticks to the cats paws and gets all over everything in the house. If I want to know where my cats are I just follow their litter trail. I think you have the "right idea but the wrong approach". My electric bill went up because I have to vacuum everyday. I gave it away to my friend and she tossed it because of the above problem.
