My story is rather long so I'll get right to the point. My baby girl does terrific on this product. I don't understand all the negative reviews and my first thought is maybe parents are not slowly transitioning babies to the newer version and babies are reacting to the sudden exposure to the hmo. My baby was on the original total comfort and we slowly transitioned her to the newer version. No spit up, no fussiness. My baby sleeps pretty much through the night and she is 8 weeks old. She had some major feeding issues leading up to the intro to the total comfort. She is a different baby. A happy baby!

All three of my kids have been on similac and ONLY similac I would probably recommend pro total comfort, sensitive, and advance due to my three kids taking all of them. My daughter was the only one who could take similac advance, my second son couldn't due to him throwing it up and always being constipated so they switched him to pro total comfort and it improved but not fully so sensitive was next and he did AMAZING! With that one, my third son who was born in Dec. 2019 started on similac advance and didn't take it well either, same problem as my second son, so of course they switched him to pro total comfort and again it worked AMAZING with him. I don't think I'll ever use another brand other than similac, I always recommend it to my friends, and close family members. Because even if once can doesn't work with baby there's one out there that they have that will.

We supplement about 50/50 formula and breastmilk. Started pro total comfort at 1 week old and now she is 7 weeks. There has been no gassiness or fussiness, she has regular BMs. I had tried two other types of Similac that just weren't as easy on her stomach. I would highly recommend this specific formula to other new moms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has been on breastmilk for the first 6 months of her life. Now switching to formula my doctor recommended Similac Pro-Total Comfort. After a few times of her having this we are switched over and she is doing well. No complaints so far.

I don't know why similac decided to change the total comfort formula for this pro version. My baby is constantly constipated and cries horribly as her poop is hard and painful for her to pass it. I'm now having to look for another formula that works better as I don't want to use pro total comfort for her anymore. I hate that similac changed this formula.

My son has been on the pro total comfort for 3 weeks now after switching from another formula that was causing constipation. We have had no issues with using this and he seems to like the taste no issues with him not taking it. The only things I can note on is the smell of the formula itself but I'm sure that can't be helped and that it takes it a decent amount of time after shaking for the foam to dissolve and it sometimes doesnts always mix well in a smaller bottle leaves little clumps but all in all a great product for my babies sensitive tummy will continue to use throughout his first year.

I recently switched my 10 wk old from breast milk to formula because I'm going back to work and pumping isn't working out. This formula helped make the transition very smooth for my little one. She was colicky and I swear this formula stopped all issues within 48 hours. She's not as gassy and much calmer. I'm so thankful I made this switch!

I tried this after my baby kept fussing after another formula. I read these reviews and ignored them being that my Dr recommend it. Boy I wish I would of listened. Not only was my baby extremely gassy and fussy. His poop was dark green and he would cry from constipation and the spot up was constant! Not to meantion that shaking this product was almost impossible to break down the clumps. I'm not a fan and have to switch up something else and have lost all hope in Similac's products all together at this point.

This new “pro” total comfort is awful. My child has been fine on the other version of total comfort for 9 months. We used 1 bottle of this new formulation and my child is up all night with gas. Thank God we are pretty much done with formula anyways. You all need to go back to the original product.

My baby is six months old and I have just started supplementing with this product. I chose this product because of the sensitivity and hmo! I'm not going to lie it does have a funky smell compared to other formulas.. but my baby doesn't seem to mind it so it works! Love it so far!
