My baby has been on this formula since she was born and it's the only one she can tolerate well. The total comfort is good for her as well being they're so similar

We usually buy the non pro version of this formula, but because the price increased by $5 on similac total comfort now called similac gentle comfort, I decided to pay $2 more for the pro version. Long story short my daughter born preemie did not do well on similac sensitive it made her constipated. Alimentum caused her loose stool and the liquid form of it for some reason is better than the powder form. It's been a year on total comfort/gentle comfort and it works perfectly. She does have no form poop and it's green from this formula. The major issue but well worth it is that this formula and non pro version is very difficult to mix. So I make her formula in a mixing pitcher and use warm water. If you use room temp water and try to mix in a bottle you will be shaking forever to get the formula mixed and they tell you to twirl and not shake the bottle, but twirling will not get this formula to mix. Then if you pre make formula or bottles the formula will somewhat separate from the water and you'll see it at the bottom of the bottles or in my case the pitcher. To deal with that issue i just mix the formula in the pitcher again before making more bottles and shake the premade bottles before giving.

We love this formula for our little one, as well as the comparative Parent's Choice version (Complete Comfort Premium). While Parent's Choice is more affordable, its not as readily available, nor is it covered by WIC. Although Similac is not on WIC in my home state, a neighboring state does cover Similac. For Moms out there struggling with the Sensitivite variety of formula, please give this a shot before trying the added rice versions!! It works so well for sensitive tummies and doesn't cause the issues that rice has caused our other children in the past.

My daughter is almost 4 months old and we started using this when she was a month old when I couldn't produce enough milk for her needs! She has overall tolerated this formula well! I have supplemented Mylicon drops if she showed gassy and fussiness at times! We have tried recently the Total complete silver formula and we prefer the purple one.

My daughter does not breastfeed. This formula works exceptionally well for our 5 month old Jani baby.n

Great transition from breast milk to formula. My daughter loved it and did not have problems with an upset stomach or constipation with using this formula

I gave this formula 3 stars because it definitely gave my baby terrible runny stool. After using this for about a month our pediatrician changed us from Pro-Total Comfort to the Total Comfort and that changed the game almost immediately (within hours). We still use the Similac, it's just without the PRO (Probiotics). That's the reason for my three stars on this product in particular.

My son was able to digest the Similac blue can better than this one. All together just switch to Similac Sensitive.

We purchased this because we were told it was comparable to the total comfort which is only available in a smaller container. However our son had significantly more bloating, gas, fussiness and foul smelling diapers. This may work for some babies but I wouldn't substitute the two formulas. Not sure why it made such a difference if everyone says they're basically the same 🤷‍♀️
