Although that sounds healthy, it can be hard to drink especially if you're dealing with nausea or can't ingest very much at once. During a recent hospital stay, I tried Ensure Enlive for the first time. It tastes so good! Honestly, I'd drink 4 or 5 a day if I could. Great product. No issues with stomach upset. I drink cold or room temp. with no issues, and I have diverticulosis. I use these when I have to go on a liquid diet as well as using to replace a meal which usually is a frozen meal for work. I usually drink two a day and have been losing 10 pounds a month just by replacing this with the junk food meals I was eating at work.
