I have been using Ensure Complete / Ensure Enlive for several years. My health is good and my body chemistry is fine. I attribute at least part of that to good nutrition. I count on this supplement to make up for missed meals. I am 63 and active in endurance Bicycle (40 mile+) and Motorcycle (24 hour+) riding. I take Ensure with me to enhance after event recovery. Even when I am exhausted I can knock back and ensure!

It arrived within the promised time period and was packaged well for the trip and rough handling. I have used this product for a week now, as my mid-day meal. I fill a glass with ice to really chill the drink, which I find makes it tastier. I have also noticed that my hunger and cravings are lessened, making it much easier to not snack, and wait till my next planned meal.

My boyfriend's Mom is in her 70's and doesn't have much of an appetite. When she does eat, she doesn't eat much. We get these for her to drink instead. It helps her get some extra protein and lots of other things she probably wouldn't get otherwise.

Tastes good. helps curb my junk food appetite. High protein but so is the carb count. Good if those carbs were half what they are with out sacrificing present good taste. Unfortunatelycan only buy a case of 24 online. It does give me added energy.
