A simple small 8 oz can is quick, delicious and results are amazing. I get everything I need from ensure except fiber. 4 Ensure throughout the day, a fiber gummy, and then dinner after work when I can is all it took for me to get to a healthy weight. Ensure has litterally been a game changer for me.

It has a great taste. it is very easy to digest it is also great for in between meals to curb the hunger I've always had trouble with vitamins but I feel so refreshed after I drink three of these a day I highly recommended for people that are on a diet, or on the go all the time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a sudden and mysterious unintentional weight loss on an already small frame and no medical coverage, I began using Ensure Plus. I believe that without having the added calories this twice-a-day drink provides, my body might just do a permanent disappearing act. I initially tried several brands but prefer Ensure to the others - my taste buds also appreciate it and at least my weight is holding steady at a meager 84 lbs. I'm now giving this to my very wonderful (but fragile) 96-year-old mom after a major surgery and difficult recovery - she tolerates it well and it seems to be helping with her appetite loss and dietary restrictions.

Along with a caloric surplus diet I have been able to put on and maintain my ideal weight. It’s a good grab n go for my busy life style.

Over my 45 years of life I've tried many different dietary suppliments. Most I would have to force myself to drink, until my doctor introduced me to this one and I LOVE drinking it! It tastes like a butterscotch milkshake to me! (If you've ever had the strawberry milk when you were a kid, this is a butterscotch version!) My husband has to reign me in because I'd drink 4-5 a day if he'd let me! I can't have a lot of sugar at once so I take my time drinking my Ensure over some ice and it's like a yummy dessert! I pray they continue to make the Butter Pecan flavor forever!!! I only wish there was a way for us "life timers" to be able to purchase them at a wholesale price! (We are buying 6-7 packs a week!)
