I was in a car accident over a year ago, and dropped about 20lbs, and have been unable to reach a healthy weight.(along with various other medical issues) I'm 5'6 and 92lbs right now. Well, Im on marinol to help my appetite but it doesn't really make me want to eat more- at least yet. It does allow me to drink these shakes! I havnt gained any weight yet, but more importantly I havnt lost weight and I have more energy!

It give us energy to get throw a long work day. High School band practice is so much better/easier for the older children. Taekwondo practice also.
