[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was first given Original Ensure in the hospital. A cousin recommended Ensure Plus. I drink at least one bottle a day. My favorite flavor is Dark Chocolate. It is like drinking a Dark Chocolate Shake. I have an orphan disease, Sarcoidosis, which is taking it's toll now. I have lost a lot of weight and now weight 92 lbs. Ensure supplements my meals and helps to keep me moving. This product is my new bpf, best product forever.

From my experience, I must say I am very pleased with this product. I really hope nothing ever changes about it. I love the taste and everything about it. I like the 350 better because it doesn't take so watered down like the 250. I would say if the 350 is to heavy for your stomach then you might would want to tone it down a bit to the 250 but the ensure 350 is what I recommend. It helps to maintain a healthy weight and something about it gives me more energy and I just feel really good after drinking them.

It kept me full enough when I couldn’t eat a lot and I’m thankful someone recommended it to me. It has a ton of vitamins in it so I feel like that also helped me heal faster! I still drink it today
