I put Ensure into my cereal in the morning for breakfast instead of milk and this really adds the flavor to whatever cereal I use. When buying Ensure I mention to customers that I did this and they said they would try it. A great way to eat breakfast, along with strawberries, bananas and blueberries also. Why not try it.

I had a tumor removed from left side of my face that was cancerous . I had radiation to the area & lost all sense of taste for 1 1/2 years. Drank ensure plus chocolate & vanilla for that whole time from radiation on. It saved me from becoming too weak from treatment & not caring to eat because I couldn't taste anything . I tried the Ensure product and within 2 days was able to move around more with out the fatigue. I continued to use the product and I really can tell the difference in my overall health. This was 5 years ago now but still has problems & he has been drinking Ensure for the last 51/2 years now to help maintain his weight & get the nourishment he needs. He started with 6-8 a day now 2-3 to help maintain his health!!
