After surgery in 2023, I lost weight at age 73! I have always been lean & fit & over the decades I have weighed about 110 lbs @ 5'2" & I am very active & healthy. Yoga & gardening & hiking are my go-to's for fitness. After surgery (shoulder replacement), I dropped down to 95 lbs. I eat a very balanced diet and take vitamins daily. Before surgery the doctor had me taking the ENSURE SURGERY drink. I was very surprised at how good it tasted! After surgery, I wanted to gain weight. I have always had a great appetite and have not always gained much weight from eating more than usual. I bought the ENSURE PLUS for the vitamins & protein that it had. If I'm leaving early I don't feel like eating so this is my go to breakfast as I go about my errands. It is also handy on a trip to make sure I'm getting all of the nutrients I need. I'm trying to take some weight off and think it is good to drink an Ensure to make sure I'm covering all of the bases.

Ensure plus is the best product around. I used it when I had lost lots of weight and was thin and stressed out. Not only did I rebound to a healthy weight I felt strong. I am still on this wonderful product now but I am finally able to eat some solid food. Can see the light at the end of the tunnel now and should be able to stop this life saver.
