It has a great taste. it is very easy to digest it is also great for in between meals to curb the hunger I've always had trouble with vitamins but I feel so refreshed after I drink three of these a day I highly recommended for people that are on a diet, or on the go all the time. It also help to gain their weight back. My ex husband was diagnosed with Cancer and has been drinking this product and has been doing very well with his weight. We saw patients who were emaciated and weak come back to life, after drinking the Ensure. My husband who is 72 yrs old but still works was complaining of feeling tired and weak. I immediately purchased the Ensure for him. I am so pleased to report that he has increased in his energy and vitality and I make sure that he always has his Ensure. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great product that gives a healthy dose of vitamins and caloric intake if needed, PLUS is the product for extra calorie intake. I loved the dark chocolate flavor so much, probably because it is my favorite flavor anyway, but it is very good and rich in Ensure and pleasing to the taste. It was my go to flavor for this drink. (That I was drinking regularly for a while whilst attempting to gain weight.) But, my only problem I encountered was more so due to too much chocolate anything, it made me a bit constipated from so much dark chocolate on a daily basis. Unfortunately. Because I like and prefer this taste, but I suggest mixing it up with other flavors now and then to prevent constipation due to excess chocolate intake. (Not any more likely so much a problem just of this product than of all other products that contain chocolate. It's the chocolate that causes constipation, not Ensure :-) . )

I was taking the medicine the doctor gave me and start drinking 3 cans a day of the Ensure Plus and it help me to get sum of my weight back and looking like a new person.. I still drink Ensure Plus once a day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good tasting Ensure. It is a different flavor than most nutrition drinks. It is a welcome change from Chocolate, vanilla or strawberry. Keep up the good work. I also like the extra protein.

My 17 year old son has been drinking Ensure Vanilla his whole life, Pedisure as a child. The new recipe for the vanilla is not tolerable and he can not stand to even drink it. It's expensive and it's a shame to waste the two cases I just bought, but the new recipe is not palatable. We will be trying another product, perhaps Equate which I've heard is similar to the old Ensure recipe.
