I am 37 years old and have been small my entire life and always hunting for ways to gain weight with no success! Last year I was left a single mother due to the passing of my husband and on top of already being small I lost another 25 pounds leaving me 96 pounds! It's sickly and embarrassing! I refuse to even leave my house! I started drinking ensure plus and started gaining immediately, my appetite started coming back and depression started to disappear! I felt better every way around and the taste is great as well so I enjoy them but unfortunately there so expensive I can't afford the 2 to 3 a day it takes to keep up with the weight gain I so badly need but I do continue to try buying them when I do have the extra money. I def recommend these for weight gain if u can afford them! Unfortunately I can not.

I wish the original had the fiber that the complete has in it as my patient is sedentary and needs that little boost of fiber .Plus is just for his kidneys. I have used the complete myself since having cancer surgery in 2013 and 5 bouts of c-diff in a row right after that.I don't go a day without at least 2 as the Dr. ordered.(it stated out with 4 per day)..I also wish you would make the complete in 6 pk's like the original . this is the best product I have ever used to maintain my health.I'm a retired 81 year old R.N. and still care giving. I recommend it to most all of my patients as does my Dr.

I find all of the brands of 'nutrition shakes' to be too sweet: But Ensure Plus is sweetened with Real Sugar. Other types of Ensure, and all of the other brands use the nasty tasting Sucralose, Stevia (Rebaudioside), etc., and that is why I use Ensure Plus. I had to switch from Ensure Original when they advertised, '...now less sugar'. I thought 'Great!; now maybe it won't be so sweet!' But it was still too sweet, but no longer tasted good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need to gain weight and love the taste of the Ensure Plus milk chocolate. I prefer it warm since it’s thicker when cold. Because it’s a little too sweet I mix it with some milk. I tried Ensure protein that has low sugar and thought it was nasty. So, needing to drink about 3 bottles a day the Plus is the best tasting. I tried Boost and other types and still found Ensure was much better.

The ease of just reaching for a bottle of Dark Chocolate that's a meal in and of itself, with the BONUS of great taste, can't be overestimated. If taken with st least two meals a day, it gives you many more calories than you can get from a glass of milk or ice tea. The extra protein is great for helping to keep healthy and strong. After being ill for some time, it has made me feel much better.

Been drinking Ensure Plus in Vanilla for years. It has not only helped me stay healthy, less colds. But, it also helped me lose 100 lbs 2 yrs ago. As a snack in between meals. I have been able to keep off the weight. I highly recommend this product..
