Ensure helps me feel better about not eating because I know I’m still getting some nutritional value despite not eating full meals daily.

He recommended I take Ensure Plus because it was 350 calories per bottle and to take it 3 times a day. I followed his instructions and although the meds affected negatively my taste of food, I find that I enjoy the taste of the milk chocolate Ensure and it has helped me maintain my weight and activity. It gets me through that late afternoon lull without eating a snack that is loaded with a lot of calories ! I would highly recommend trying this drink as an unhealthy snack option!

Solid food is minimal but, Ensure is a constant. I don't leave home without it. When traveling it is in my bag. I purchase a case of Vanilla plus at the new location. It has been a mainstay for many years.

At times several Ensure Plus a day were all that helped me recover my weight. Milk Chocolate, Strawberry and Butter Pecan are great. I absolutely dislike Vanilla and Dark Chocolate, they leave strange aftertastes in my mouth. I avoid them. I also love Ensure Clear for days where I can not stand yet another milky drink - although I do think the flavor on the MultiFruit needs to be stronger. All-in-all Ensure is A+ in my books.

I have Tourettes and OCD and eating solid food is incredibly difficult. I dropped to a weight of sub-110 lb. and I'm 5'11". Ensure Plus has saved me from having worse issues and has got me getting some of my weight back. Hopefully I'll be able to eat solid food better soon, but I'll always be having Ensure in the future because it simply tastes really good and is a great thing to have in the morning to get my mind ready for the day. As some other people mentioned - having more calories, such as 500+, in one drink would be even better since I still am underweight. But the fact stands that, without having Ensure around, my health situation would probably be very scary.
