Fed Ex returned the product to Sam’s stating that the product was “undeliverable.” The address on the shipment was correct and both Fed Ex and Sam’s have made deliveries to it on numerous occasions. Why was the Ensure “undeliverable?”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like Ensure Chocolate because it's a quick & easy meal I can take with me when I'm not going to get back home in time to cook. It gives me the vitamins I need for quick energy. I also use it when I don't feel like cooking or when I feel I haven't eaten the required vitamins I need for the day. I like all the flavors but Chocolate is like a special treat.

I have been having weight issues all my life. I am always on the go and would only eat breakfast and dinner. My sister introduced me to the regular ensure, and it really didn’t do much. However, when they started receiving the butter pecan plus flavor, I started drinking it. I tell you know lie, within weeks, I started gaining weight. However, I had to train my body something I’ve never done before as well. I eat breakfast, and since my body do not hold weight I would drink the ensure 2 -3 hours after eating my breakfast. Than I would drink another one mid day with my dinner. I went from 135 to 140 within 2 weeks. I would recommend the butter pecan plus flavor to those trying to gain weight. Everything is life is a training your body purpose.

Great product for calories and carbs and protein. Very high in sugar, so as a hypoglycemic I have to make sure and drink some Glucerna afterwards so as not to get glucose spike. also notice that I get a good amount of gas after drinking either. since I am also Lactose Intolerant I have been adding 5 drops of lactate into each bottle before using. Anyone else have issues with gas?? Could it be the lactate? or just high carbs?

It kept me full enough when I couldn’t eat a lot and I’m thankful someone recommended it to me. It has a ton of vitamins in it so I feel like that also helped me heal faster! I still drink it today
