[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like several Ensure, but the one that I use the most is Ensure Orginal Strawberry. I take three as dinner every day. If I'm tired, after I take them, I can go to bed without being affected in my stomach. There are days that I take some more in the morning or at noon. The Ensure helps me maintain good health.

This is the only nutritional drink my son will drink and he loves having them. With picky eaters, it's nice to know I can add some nutrients into his diet and he actually enjoys the taste. I also noticed this was the only drink available with no sucralose or other artificial sweeteners. I am unable to have the artificial sweeteners for myself, so unfortunately the High protein and Protein Max drinks are not an option for me, but I would love it if they were to come out with an organic stevia leaf option! So many people have sensitivities to sucralose and sugar alcohol, especially bariatric patients and they are missing out on these great products.

Ensure is s great help, a way to get calories and protein. I probably drink 3 a day and love all the flavors. So I started buying Ensure and drinking one when I came in from work at 7 am for breakfast then some days again at 10 pm when I was to go back to work as quick dinner. And I am so thankful for because I have regain the weight I lost plus some which was good because I got down to 115lbs back up to 126lbs in 2 months.

A simple small 8 oz can is quick, delicious and results are amazing. I get everything I need from ensure except fiber. 4 Ensure throughout the day, a fiber gummy, and then dinner after work when I can is all it took for me to get to a healthy weight.
