He still takes it every now and then when he isn't able to eat table food due to illness. We have recommened it to several people and have received positive responses.

They were easy to digest and provided the protein that my body needed. I grew so fond of Ensure that I have continued to drink them after my surgery.

I am 37 years old and have been small my entire life and always hunting for ways to gain weight with no success! Last year I was left a single mother due to the passing of my husband and on top of already being small I lost another 25 pounds leaving me 96 pounds! It's sickly and embarrassing! I refuse to even leave my house! I started drinking ensure plus and started gaining immediately, my appetite started coming back and depression started to disappear! I felt better every way around and the taste is great as well so I enjoy them but unfortunately there so expensive I can't afford the 2 to 3 a day it takes to keep up with the weight gain I so badly need but I do continue to try buying them when I do have the extra money. We all know that cancer patients lose their appetites, they stop eating and start to lose weight because they are not getting the protein and calories that they should be getting. Ensure has been made to "ENSURE" that the patients are getting the nutrients that the require and need. The flavors are great especially Strawberry and as I stated it helps the patient maintain their weight and provide them with the proper nutrients that they require. I personally know someone that has cancer and isn't eating very well and they are on the Ensure and has been maintaining his weight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried vanilla, chocolate, and butter pecan flavors in the EnsurePlus. I fell in love with Butter Pecan. My mom's cancer returned with a vengeance in January 2015. She started out just losing a little weight weight but as the cancer progressed the weight just started falling off of her. The dietitian in at the hospital recommended that she try EnsurePlus. She was not a fan of it all!!! To encourage her to drink it, I bought me some and I drank them with her. Unfortunately, my mom lost her fight with cancer September 2015. That didn't stop me from drinking my EnsurePlus butter pecan. I still drink them today.

It helps me maintain a healthy weight when the regular food im eating doesn't do it for me at the time. Sometimes my appetite suppresses and i really don't want to eat. I lose weight really fast and it can cause me to look malnourished. That's when I reach for an Ensure Plus.. It helps me get back the weight I lost and keeps my weight at a healthy place for me.
