Dad is 93 years old and knows that he does not get the right amount of protein in his food at the facility he lives in due to his personal taste in what they serve. But he knows that Ensure will balance this out, and he enjoys drinking it. I encourage him by always having some available.

Then I drink another during my lunch break to ensure that I am receiving my vitamins with an added boast to get me throughout the day. Lastly, I drink another can after dinner for an extra snack because, Ensure Strawberry just tastes great."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I happen to love the taste of Ensure Plus Vanilla. Better than any milkshake I have ever had, which is wonderful because I need the extra vitamins, minerals, and protein in order to regain strength after being ill. I personally enjoy it best frozen and defrosted for a few minutes in the microwave so it is still somewhat thick. That way I can drink it slowly over about 30 min. while it thaws. I would definitely recommend this method if you find drinking Ensure Plus feels you up a bit too much, or if you have any texture issues with it since it is fairly thick.

I am so thankful that my doctors placed me on an Ensure diet. I am pregnant with twins and in the beginning of my pregnancy it was so hard for me to maintain weight. I lost so much weight due to my morning sickness. Eventually my doctor recommended me drinking Ensure plus to gain my weight back. I love it! Late nights I wake up and drink one and in the morning I drink another until I can figure out what I want for breakfast. I tried the chocolate and strawberry so far. Anyone who dislikes regular ensure should definitely try ensure plus. There's a huge difference in flavor and content.

When I open my strawberry ensure in the morning, the pleasant smell of strawberries wakes me up and lets me know I am giving my body extra nutrients which my body needs. I tell myself I am drinking strawberry love and I feel good inside. The strawberry ensure has a very good taste and I would recommend it to anybody who needs that extra boost in the morning.

I have been in cancer treatment since 12/2018 and I lost 30 pounds since that time, I struggle with having an appetite and I'm now working on gaining weight since I finished chemo in April. I found that the butter pecan and the strawberry are really good and do not have that "chalky taste" that a lot of protein drinks have. I first tried the vanilla and chocolate and I did not like either of those and found them very difficult to consume because of both the texture and the flavor but strawberry and butter pecan are both really good.
