After time kept going by basically six months after his death my family kept stating I should see a doctor because I looked way to skinny and malnourished at the point. I went to see my Pcp and was told I wasn’t to far off from being anorexic and I would have to eat or I can be hospitalized. So one day I turned on my t.v. and the first thing that popped up was this endure commercial.. and because I knew I couldn’t really get myself into cooking or eating certain things I decided to start this while working myself back into eating food.. 8-10 months later I had gained back 11 pounds and my complete appetite.. I also introduced this product to many other people that was in a group I attended and it helped them as well. I take supplements, but they are not sufficient to keep me healthy. I drink at least one Ensure Plus per day, sometimes making a shake with ice cream. I can no longer have the foods I love. But Chocolate Ensure helps make my staying healthy a lot more bearable.

If I'm leaving early I don't feel like eating so this is my go to breakfast as I go about my errands. It is also handy on a trip to make sure I'm getting all of the nutrients I need. I'm trying to take some weight off and think it is good to drink an Ensure to make sure I'm covering all of the bases.

Go figure. I went out the next day and bought a case of 6. I tried all the favors. The butter pecan is my favorite then strawberry vanilla. Try this product frozen taste like icecream.Just one thing the price is a little bit out of my budget so I have to skip months . But when I have the funds i go out and buy a case.The ensure plus really works for. Helps to maintain my weight. I would recommend this product of your choice to anyone.
