As a result I don’t have time to always eat properly and had seen my health deteriorate. That’s way my doctor recommended ensure plus. Packed with essential vitamins and 350 calories, it’s my go to meal replacement to keep track of my health plus the vanilla flavor tastes great!

Not only does it fill me up, it really tastes great! I don’t mind drinking it at all. In fact, I look forward to it.

I have been drinking 2 Ensure a day for 5 years. The only flavor I drink is the milk chocolate. The Ensure plus is to thick for me. I like to put my Ensure in the freezer about 10 min. before I drink it. That way it's like a mini milk shake. I am 73 years old and have many health issues and Ensure has brought me back from every one.

More importantly this protein shake does exactly what the product offers, and that’s to maintain or gain weight. The colder the better it taste

Ensure helps with protein and is easy to use on the go, rather than making a protein shake that requires a blender. Using the vanilla as a base, I can switch it up by adding various extracts, fruit, or even coffee.
