They were easy to digest and provided the protein that my body needed. I grew so fond of Ensure that I have continued to drink them after my surgery.

The Strawberry one seems to be the best to me and this provides the necessary start for the day. Often times I drink one of these instead of having breakfast in the morning which is better than nothing. I would definitely recommend this product to someone.

It's great you can let family and friends try it to see if they would start using it. I have a cousin who has throat cancer uses it a lot more than I do.

Please change the formula back to the way it was. I have a prescription for it and have been drinking them for years but with the new taste i can barely get it down and makes me sick! I'll have to switch to something else if it doesn't change. Really disappointed!

Along with a caloric surplus diet I have been able to put on and maintain my ideal weight. It’s a good grab n go for my busy life style.
