Ensure is very expensive I just wish it wasn't so expensive. I drink 2-3 a day when I get low it becomes 1 a day till I can figure out how to afford the next two 6 packs. I love the Strawberry Plus and honestly is the only one I will drink since a doctor suggested I start consuming them. I give Ensure plus *Strawberry* 5stars

After drinking this he grew 4 inches and gained 15 pounds in one year. There was no struggle in forcing him to drink the ensure because of its great taste and its portablity. I just bought this product a few day's ago mainly because I find it hard to get to a healthy weight which I have never gotten to in my life. When I first had a sip I thought it tasted good and I plan to keep trying it, but once I finished the bottle I started feeling nauseous and after a while I threw up. I heard the recipe changed and maybe that would be it or it was from it being so thick. I don't know. I plan to mix it will milk and see if it makes it lighter and if I can then hold it down. I hope that it works because I love the taste and I personally think that it is a great product. I would recommend trying out just a little bit at a time before committing to buying a ton. It is a product where it works for you or it doesn't and I hope it works for me.

Ever since, I have taken Ensure Plus, daily, as a supplement to my diet, and at my present age 89, Ensure Plus has become the main part of my daily diet.
