Bought at a good price but assembly has been a challenge per installation instructions. The plastic caps that hold the net to the poles are very flimsy and do not hold the netting securely. Will be contacting manufacturer for missing screws and replacement netting caps that are necessary to secure the netting to the poles.

My husband and I put this together, Saturday we worked for around 4 hours. We stopped before you put the safety net and basketball stuff up. Sunday we finished it in about an hour. The safety net is tedious, however seems very sturdy. Only thing else I'd ask for is that it came with some type of anchors came with it. Got to try and find something that will work.

my son received this as a birthday present. the box is incredibly heavy and this is definitely not a one-person job. I laid all the parts out first to be sure I had everything I needed, based on other reviews. The nut and bolt pack looks very intimidating. overall most of the instructions are easy to follow, but some are confusing and you really have to study the picture. this trampoline was a replacement for a 12 foot one that we had in the back that was very sturdy and still quite usable, but was missing too many safety features thanks to our crazy dog. realistically it was cheaper to buy a whole new trampoline than to replace the net, poles, and padding on our existing one. it took two of us several hours to get the frame completed and then when my husband came home we started the net enclosure. they recommend two people for completing the net enclosure, but I definitely felt like we could have used four. It's just big and awkward sliding a steel frame through the top portion. The worst part was fishing the shoelace type string through the net to secure it to the trampoline. Despite laying the strings out around the trampoline before I started I still managed to come up about a foot short. And by the time I was done my fingers were sore and numb. I feel like the build of our 12 foot different brand trampoline was more sturdy, so only time will tell. All in all, once completed, our son had a great time jumping on the trampoline, and so did a few of his friends. I do like that the basketball hoop sits inside of the trampoline, it makes for chasing balls less often outside of the trampoline. the zipper enclosure is a little awkward from the outside

The net poles are large diameter which makes them appear as substantial but the reality is that they took the same amount of metal as you would find in a smaller diameter pole and stretched it THIN. They are weak. The design is not trustworthy at all. I didn't set it up. Will return. Too cheap. Don't trust.

Our grandkids love this trampoline. Hours of fun and exercise. The neighbors love hearing them having fun on it. This is second summer. We took the net and mat off for the winter because we live in Michigan. One of our grandkids broke the zipper on the enclosure, how can we get a new one? Thank you

Bought this for our 2 boys ages 6 & 3. They absolutely love it. Shipping was free & fast. Just an FYI - it does not come with a ladder & also, part of the set up/assemble process of getting the trampoline set up was torture. Easy but took a long long time due to the tedious task of weaving the string through each spring and loop to secure the netting. If you have patience then you will be just fine. In my opinion, I still think it's a great buy and definently worth it for the kids!

Lower support pole for the net has broken within months.

We bought this approximately 2 1/2 months ago and the net is literally disintegrating already. I certainly hope the rest of the trampoline isn't made so poorly.

the mat was defective when we took it out of the box. The mat had a hole in it and several place where it is separating. Very disappointed in this product.
