grandkids love it

I purchased this trampoline as a christmas gift. It was missing the "Frame Pad" I have called Sportspower ldt no answer, left messages no Answer, emails no answer. customer service isn't helpful on the missing piece. ita unfortunate that my children are unable to enjoy it.

I got this on other reviews on putting it together. But I've had to walk away from it twice. Each time is the netting. Yesterday I finally had to cut an extra area for the final two ends to connect. Oh being I'm short, no luck putting the basketball accessories Up. Today, as I'm almost done sewing the net down, one of the arms pops off. I get it on. Then I have about 2 of area left that isn't sewn down ( so I will need to go buy shoe string for that. Then I look up, another arm popped off. As I tried to put it on, ( being the whole net is down now) another arm popped off. So I came inside....

Haven't had more then a month before the basketball hoop broke, the net is sagging all over. Had to replace 2 poles and the hoop that holds the net up actually snapped. I have a 3 and 8 year old and don't use it all that often. Netting is a terrible design

I bought the end of June. I'm happy with trampoline, but the basketball goal wasn't in the box

How long are the boxes that this trampoline comes in?

I bought this for my 5 year old as a birthday gift. He absolutely loves it. Instructions are easy to follow, but give yourself a good 3 hours to build it beginning to end. Having a second set of hands was a huge help also
