We are picky about the water we drink. Nestles water is a nice find at Sam’s Club. Great Value.

Maybe design a better case for your product. every single one of them that we grabbed broke with little effort. I much prefer the Member's Mark water and their cases are much sturdier sturdier and taste better. This is pathetic!

I purchased a case of this water last week. The bottles are waaay too thin. The water is fine but when i lifted the case, 4 of the bottles crushed and leaked out. When I try to open a bottle, the bottle twists before the cap comes off causing it to leak out just about every time.

Quality of the bottle is terrible, and has gotten progressively worse. Bottles are too flimsy to stand up, 3 or 4 out of every 40 pack are leaking when they arrive, and clenching the bottle to remove that cap results in a mess almost every time. I'm done with this water after buying 4 cases a week for years.

Product was good - ordered through pick up today and it was delivered to me and I was charged for the delivery which the cost was more than the product - I’m a plus member and not happy to be charged for delivery when I could have picked it up at the store on a later date to avoid the charges or another brand could have been substituted so I could pick it up that day - it was needed for that day

Somewhere along the way in delivery, this package must have been dropped. It did not arrive in a Sam’s box. Additionally, there was a huge plastic bag wrapped around the case of water. When I cut through the bag and started pulling the waters out, the bottles were wet. No explanation why this was delivered this way. It would be nice if an explanation was provided.

Memphis has great water! But when you travel all water is great. We keep them and when we are out of the town. It is our go to treat.
