I took just one tablet in the early evening with dinner and later that night started getting terrible gas cramps and a burning feeling through my stomach. The next morning same hard and hard to move stools as I have been having. This product did nothing but make me feel worse.

Yes, it does work and gets rid of constipation but wow, the pain it causes is almost unbearable.. horrible burning and tight crAmping in the abdominal area, it became so intense I almost went to the hospital because I'm pregnant and thought something was wrong..definitely too strong for me.

In the morning I started to feel so much better after passing a nice soft stool. I no longer had to strain myself, or use my finger to get the stool out. I only took 1 tablet, but you can take up to 3 in a daily dose. Obviously, we shouldn't use this every day, but for occasional constipation, it will do the trick!
