I tried this version of tablets recently for overnight relief of constipation and it worked like a charm. It is NOT gentle on your stomach. I took as directed and my stomach wouldn't stop hurting. I dont mean mild cramps from gas, I mean it kept me up all night, thought I genuinely should go to the ER because it was that painful. I threw the rest of the 8pack out. Constipation sucks and can be painful, but this was just as bad, if not worse. I did have a BM 10 hrs later, so it does its job, but its not gentle.

I have been having BM issues as I was working out of town last week. So I took 3 little pills at 4 pm Friday night and waited. As I waited I started to read reviews and was thinking what the heck did I just do. But I drank plenty of water and a couple of Gatorades and at midnight with a little gurgling the ride begun and 20 minutes later it was over and I was empty. All I have to say is stay hydrated.
