I took them before bed when needed and didn't have any negative issues. Everything went smoothly. They are a little expensive but if you don't need them often then they are worth it.

If you're sensitive to pills like this I would say take only one to two three is way too much. To me one is fine it will take the whole 12 hours if your stomach is not sensitive. My stomach is not sensitive and I took two and it worked a lot faster, like the 6 hours. But if you want to work faster and you take more you probably will get some form of cramps. I'd recommend and buy this to people who need this type of product. Packaging is easy enough to open. If you what to know the ingredients, I took a picture of the back of the packaging. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tiny coated tablets are easy for me to swallow. They give me gentle overnight relief from constipation. I take it before I go to bed and they work overnight. They don't cause me to cramp up. I like them because they work while I sleep.

Taken before bed, and start your day with a regular movement for your day! I do wish more than 10 came in a packet, so I only took one nightly, although directions say you can take up to 3 as an adult.
