I took 3 of them and I was severely sick all day long. Worst cramps and nausea of my life. When I finally used the bathroom it was liquid. All I could do was either be on the toilet or lay in the fetal position in bed. I vomited several times from the cramps. I can’t believe this is an otc.

Sometimes there just seems to be nothing that con be done while on vacation or in an unfamiliar place where routine is broken. With this product there is a gentle urge to use the restroom after around 8-10 hrs. An invaluable tool when comfort is a priority. Packaging is clear and concise overall and good product for when urgency isn’t the biggest priority.

I’ve used this tablet a total of three times in a handful of years. After suffering on holiday with constipation I was desperate so popped out to buy these.
