The are effective in 6 to 12 hours. It can be taken overnight and get relief the next morning. I didn’t have any side effects. Overall, worked well.

Works as intended too and helps you feel so much better after. Packaging is a nice grey color with green. Great value for the money compared to other brands and their prices. Dont take too much of these, they will cause shaking, nausea, cold sweats, and bad cramps. These things are rly strong. I used to be addicted because I kept wanting to lose weight. But i learned it the hard way, I took 3 and it made me feel horrific, I wanted to faint but I held back. Got out of the bathroom, went straight to a bed and laid down for 30min.

I swallowed 2 tablets with a full glass of water at bedtime. The box suggests staying hydrated also so I did that as well. By morning, I needed the bathroom. I can say that Dulcolax tablets work and they work well.
