I am elderly. This is the first time I have ever tried anything like this. The directions say three tablets can be taken in a single dose. I took one tablet at 4 PM and another at 8 PM because I've always found that I never need a 'full dose' of any medicine. I awoke at 2:30 AM needing to go to the bathroom. The tablets worked but I immediately felt absolutely sick, my entire body sweating profusely, feeling like I had a very bad case of the flu. This lasted approx one-half hr to 45 min and all that time I actually thought I was going to faint. I will never buy this product again. I think I just needed a stool softner.

Like most people who love to travel and see new things we try lots of new foods but in doing that you can find yourself with digestive problems. This works over night and is very gentle to the system.

I took just one tablet in the early evening with dinner and later that night started getting terrible gas cramps and a burning feeling through my stomach. The next morning same hard and hard to move stools as I have been having. This product did nothing but make me feel worse.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. took two pills as instructed on box and about 2 hours later I am woken up with EXCRUCIATING stomach pains/cramps and nauseous. So bad that I had to curl myself up in a ball and breathe slowly. Almost debated calling 911 at one point.. that’s how badly it hurt. I wish I would have read reviews first because it seems like this happens to almost everyone. Claims to be gentle but is far from gentle. I will not be using again.

I got no side effects am really amazed with its ingredients and how affordable it is the amount that comes in. It is just right. These are definitely good to have on hand at home.

Poop cramps will be present, involuntary wincing is guaranteed and we have found the secret to Gold Olympians in the speed walking category.. It does it’s job, no questions…just keep a toilet in view…at all times. ...I’ll never be invited to brunch again.

Yes, it does work and gets rid of constipation but wow, the pain it causes is almost unbearable.. horrible burning and tight crAmping in the abdominal area, it became so intense I almost went to the hospital because I'm pregnant and thought something was wrong..definitely too strong for me.
