The cramps are horrible but bearable. It’ll have you running for the toilet but trust you’ll feel so much better.

This product worked in about 12 hours. I took the maximum dose, 3 pills. It gave gentle and not urgent results.

Laxatives don't seem to work well for me. I have to take for multiple days beyond the instructions before they eventually seem to help.

Due to medications I take I have problems with bowl movements. Stool softener might help. So far after two weeks it doesn’t.
