I've tried this product three times... each time I woke up in the middle of the night with the WORST cramps I've ever had, and then had to spend the rest of the night in the bathroom. Will never use again.

The best you can get. My stomach bloated up a pants size due to lack of movements lol. But after 7/8 hours I used the bathroom and am back to my skinny self. Thanks y’all I was stressed and constipated

It does the job but it took two pills. I tried one pill in the past and had to repeat the pill in the past, now I take two whenever I need help going automatically. That does the job every time.

I'm pregnant and my doctor prescribe me with this pills, I took it at bedtime wake up with the most intense pain, nauseas and cramps that last almost 3 hours before I exploted in the toilet

I was constipated for so long. I tried fiber supliments, eating certain foods, and so many other things that did not work. Waited 16 hours and I was so relieved.
