I have used this product several times and am always astonished again and again that it does not cause me any discomfort, bad cramps, etc. I will continue to use this as it is the best I have found.

I was constipated for a week (due to taking nausea medication) and that is a horrible feeling. Took 2 of these pills and before midnight I was cleaned out. I would recommend everyone to have these in their medicine cabinet.
