This definitely helps me overnight as I have been on strong painkillers which give constipation. Only downside is that it gives me severe stomach cramps and bloating.

I bought it from the pharmacy under a huge recommendation from a pharmacist. I used it before sleeping and I wake up with a smooth bowel movement. One tablet is enought btw
