[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a good laxative. I take it when I’m feeling constipated and bloated and usually at bedtime. So as soon as I get up I’m heading straight to the bathroom. I don’t have any cramps and it’s always and easy exit.

Please start with just one. I took 3 since it said 1-3 and it has unleashed the devil on me. It’s caused severe stomach pain and I now live in my bathroom after an hour of taking them. Also they made me weirdly nauseous and caused vomiting. They work but dear god do I regret taking 3 at once.

Love this product!! I have had digestive issues for a long time now. also not to mention iam gluten intolerant, which causes constipation and so on.
