They are easy to swallow and do not cause any adverse reactions, plus they work rather quickly. I've used these for years, and will continue to when the need for them arises.

bought it, for effective relief from constipation of iron tablets, took one at night and by 6am i felt like the devil was trying to exit my body, cramping was horrific, bad enough to wake me up, but it works!! so if you’re okay with cramps and feeling exorcised, buy it

Sometimes there just seems to be nothing that con be done while on vacation or in an unfamiliar place where routine is broken. With this product there is a gentle urge to use the restroom after around 8-10 hrs. An invaluable tool when comfort is a priority. Packaging is clear and concise overall and good product for when urgency isn’t the biggest priority.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a great gentle product. The tablets are small enough for anyone to be able to swollow the taste is minimal. Not loving the added food coloring such as yellow #10 but if in a pinch it is a great product.

So he got to try this and let’s say it does the job very well, maybe to well. It’s an easy pill to swallow and with no taste.

I do wish more than 10 came in a packet, so I only took one nightly, although directions say you can take up to 3 as an adult.
