Although, I just got hormones to help, these help with that a lot. They work within the time limit I need them to work. Within 12 hours. That’s the one thing I look for. Knowing when, not if.

I definitely needed some help which is why I took three pills and it made me cramp a lot and I was concerned about that. But luckily, the feeling subsided and I did end up, having a full bowel movement and then some. The packaging is attractive with its green color and the font that easily is able to be read. I don’t have any issues with this product and it is very interesting that the pills are very, very small but very effective in my opinion unexperienced.

U must be careful,I took 2 of these tabs and I was awoken at 3am in desperate need for loo. I then spent an agonising 45 mins in bathroom,sweating and almost fainting. Clearly my tummy was much too sensitive for 2 tabs! I definitely became empty! But it was a horrid time. I would recommend though I believe only 1 tablet is necessary especially if it's first time and u are of slight weight. I felt fine in morning, flat comfortable tummy. But please be aware of how strong these tabs are.

If you're sensitive to pills like this I would say take only one to two three is way too much. To me one is fine it will take the whole 12 hours if your stomach is not sensitive. My stomach is not sensitive and I took two and it worked a lot faster, like the 6 hours. But if you want to work faster and you take more you probably will get some form of cramps. They are definitely “gentle”. I did have some uncomfortable bloating while the pill was taking effect but it went away. They are easy to swallow and very small in size.
