If I could give 0 stars I would.. took two pills as instructed on box and about 2 hours later I am woken up with EXCRUCIATING stomach pains/cramps and nauseous. So bad that I had to curl myself up in a ball and breathe slowly. Almost debated calling 911 at one point.. that’s how badly it hurt. I wish I would have read reviews first because it seems like this happens to almost everyone. Claims to be gentle but is far from gentle. I will not be using again.

They came in this pack to where they were individually wrapped which was good. The cost is comparable to other products. Just remember… no cramping. This will be my go to when needed.

Works as intended too and helps you feel so much better after. Packaging is a nice grey color with green. Great value for the money compared to other brands and their prices. Not sure about sideeffects as I did not get any.

I swallowed 2 tablets with a full glass of water at bedtime. The box suggests staying hydrated also so I did that as well. By morning, I needed the bathroom. Long story short: took the recommended dosage, began with cramps 2 hours later that escalated to borderline labor pains. Pooping and vomiting simultaneously, crying dude to severe cramps, dizziness, weakness. Got no sleep due to being woken up by the pain. Would I recommend as a method of torture? Absolutely. For “gentle” relief of constipatation? No.
