I am elderly. This is the first time I have ever tried anything like this. The directions say three tablets can be taken in a single dose. I took one tablet at 4 PM and another at 8 PM because I've always found that I never need a 'full dose' of any medicine. I awoke at 2:30 AM needing to go to the bathroom. The tablets worked but I immediately felt absolutely sick, my entire body sweating profusely, feeling like I had a very bad case of the flu. This lasted approx one-half hr to 45 min and all that time I actually thought I was going to faint. I will never buy this product again. I think I just needed a stool softner.

There is nothing that I can say good about this product. Took tablet at 8.30pm I be woken up at 2.30am with the worst stomach cramps (stabbing pain), projectile vomiting and cold sweat. I thought I was going to collapse. Eventually after 4 hours of this pain I had the worst diarrhoea you could ask for. Would not recommend you use on a child of any age as the pain is excruciating. You feel like you are about to die.

I definitely needed some help which is why I took three pills and it made me cramp a lot and I was concerned about that. But luckily, the feeling subsided and I did end up, having a full bowel movement and then some. The packaging is attractive with its green color and the font that easily is able to be read. I don’t have any issues with this product and it is very interesting that the pills are very, very small but very effective in my opinion unexperienced.

Took only two pills two nights ago, 48 hours later my stomach is still horribly messed up. Everything I eat comes out the other end as water a short time later. Even ran a fever last night. I've been drinking water, eating healthy, and I am a fit and active person. I am still feeling bad rumblings in my bowels two days later. It makes no sense.

I bought this last week to help with irregular BM. I usually am fine but as I had changed my diet within the last 6 weeks I had been having trouble. I used this overnight, only taking one tablet at first; this turned out more than enough for me. Gentle overnight relief with no cramping etc, took with a glass of water.
