This brown sugar is dry and very grainy. Although it strongly smells like molasses, it does not pack well or dissolve well in recipes. After baking you can still feel the granules crunch in your baked goods. Will not buy again.

The best. Normally, I buy brand names but saw good reviews about this. It is so good, y'all! Great molasses flavor, which really adds an extra dimension to your baked goods.

I take spurts where I bake a lot of cookies. When I purchase this I fill up 2 quart jars then I vacuum seal the rest. When I open up the vacuum seal bag of brown sugars its fresh and not dried out!!!

Usually the brown sugar is fine but in a recent purchase, every bag seemed hard. I chose the one that was least hard, but now it is very hard and almost impossible to use, as I am towards the end of the bag.

I thought this sugar was sealed but it wasn’t! It got ants inside the UNOPENED bag! Now 7 lbs of brown sugar is ruined and no longer usable! There is no excuse for such subpar packaging!

The only thing I don't like is how large the "grains" are. It doesn't break down like it should in recipes. It makes baked items feel gritty or grainy. My friends thought I put nuts in my chocolate chip cookies! Yikes! The only change was this brown sugar. Please bring back the brand name option!

I love that this is non-GMO. But beyond that, it has a nice flavor and is consistently not lumpy.
