Brown sugar is supposed to have a distinct stronger taste than regular sugar this did not, so I was disappointed.

Aside from the 3.00 increase in 2 mos its, brown, its sugar, its good. Fresh and kinda resealable, (if you have the patience for it.

I found this brown sugar too moist and grainy..didnt dissolve in melted butter for tart filling. Very disappointed.

I usually make my own brown sugar but was in a time pinch and this was a good value and did the job.

I take spurts where I bake a lot of cookies. When I purchase this I fill up 2 quart jars then I vacuum seal the rest. When I open up the vacuum seal bag of brown sugars its fresh and not dried out!!!
