It's brown sugar -- big appeal -- it's way cheaper to buy it like this than the small 1 lb bags at the grocery store. Otherwise, it's brown sugar. I mean, it's hard to mess that up.

Good brown sugar, even though we prefer the dark brown. One thing though, why do you have to order TWO and then they arrive shipped SEPERATELY. Bizarre.
