I bought my Roku 3810r 2 months ago & I'm over all very happy with it. The only difficulty was setting up my Roku Account online because I had difficulty entering my E-Mail Adress & your very very picky website kept rejecting my E-Mail Adress. But I FINALLY got it set up! Whew!!! :P

I have enjoyed Roku for many years, but with one (two?) complaint(s) —- always needing TV remote to turn on & off and most particularly volume control. The latest Roku generation solved my problem(s), so I upgraded. Now if there was only a TV Input Button to switch HDMI ports I could totally put the TV remote in a drawer.

This is my second Roku - the first one was the Ultra which works great for the living room that has surround sound and more features then the stick. I split the Ultra three ways (bedroom,music room,living room) and decided to have a separate stick for the bedroom and travel. Works great and picture quality is comparable to cable and satellite.Saving money each month sure helps too.

I wanted to update my 6 year old Roku to a newer version that would reduce the cabling and hide the unit. The Streaming Stick+ was perfect. I did have to use the extra power supply included but i was still able to plug it in behind the TV for a very clean look. The process to setup the new unit was very fast. I just needed some passwords. Very satisfied.

I have a couple of Roku boxes. Quite please with them. We have a new wall mounted flat screen and I thought it would be a good fit. Not so. Always drops out with message to reboot, unplug, etc. my WiFi router is 5 feet way and it hiccups all the time. I am at Best Buy now buying another Ultra and tossing this one in the can!!

We purchased this Roku device to replace an older one. Since our internet router is further away from this television, we needed a stronger device to pick up the signal. Problem solved of the constant buffering and messages of low signal. We love it!

This is our third Roku. My wife purchased our first Roku 2 XS for the 32" TV upstairs. After buying a 43" TV for the NFL games in the living room I bought a Roku 4 for that location. This new streaming stick replaces the Roku 2 XS. It is so convenient and space saving. No cable is needed as it plugs directly into the HDMI port. No power block cord is required either, because the included short mini plug power cord connects to the USB power on the TV itself. The Roku remote has voice command as well as controls TV volume too. Very pleased with this device.

I set this this stick up on tv that had cable. Set up was quick. I as already had Roku account and device on another tv so all my channel selection easily transferred to this tv. I picked the stick because it mated to the tv and is the only remote needed.

I'm very please with my new Roku stick and appreciated the instructions informing me that The USB power connection may not provide enough power. My WiFi fit router is located in my walk out basement and the TV is upstairs on the 1st floor. No problems with wireless reception.

We've been using Roku's for years. We have 3 televisions in the house and 3 Roku units. I got the new streaming stick to replace an older Ultra. This unit has all of the functionality my old unit did in a smaller form factor. We like that it doesn't have an HDMI cable and power cord hanging down below the tv as well. Just hooked the Stick in to an available HDMI port and plugged the power directly into a USB TV port on the back. I'm planning on replacing my other two older model's with this one as well.
