I purchased a streaming stick and every time I wanted to use it I was required to pair the remote and the stick, which worked about 5% of the time. I contacted support and they informed me my remoter was the problem and I was sent a know one. Nevertheless the problem persisted. I contacted support again and they said the problem must be the stick. So I shipped mine back and they sent a new one. And the problem persisted. The remote and stick are now paired in our county landfill.

Opened the box and there sits a MINI USB rather than a MICRO USB. Short cord with an extender and it is called "portable". Warning in the box, "don't forget..." when you travel. Why go backwards to an older technology. Now any of my Micro or USB-C cables are useless with this.

I bought this upgraded Roku stick because the stick I had was having problems. Losing signal 5 or 6 times a day. I knew I had to re-set the channels with my codes & passwords, but I didn't realize how hard that would be. Then came the realization that all the movies I had already purchased in my Fandango Library & on the Watchlist were gone. To get them back required a password for the Fandango site, but guess what...I never had one cause it was automatically on my Roku & never set up to begin with. Thus, my dilemma. So feedback would be appreciated to alleviate this problem. Otherwise....works great.

Even with high speed WIFI and the power assist it sometimes takes forever to watch a movie because you have to allow time for the movie to download. When in the middle of watching a movie it's constantly cutting out to stream...very annoying. How much internet speed do you need to make this work better?

I bought this to replace cable and i HATE the fact that there is on MUTE button on the remote to STOP the loud useless commercials that interrupt the ROKU channel feed. THIS SUCKS. The commercials are a part of the programming but the SOUND is a problem I hate.

I got spectrum TV streaming. And missing a few channels, but only in the Roku device, not my phone or computer. Called spectrum, and they said you all need to send a firmware fix for missing channels. I am so uopset I can't get my favorite channel CNBC in my Roku. Please fix or I need to return my 5 Roku devices. They said you all know about this since March. Coby

The streaming stick seems to be a complication of what the streaming stick as opposed to an improvement. The device is very disappointing and frequently has issues staying connected to a strong Wifi system. The smart phone app is equally as disappointing and complex. Money wasted.

I have owned a Roku 2 and 4 for years and never knew the advanced features and capabilities of the newer versions! Ability to save favorites, much faster response times, sharper images, and additional movie and viewing channels that I never found on the previous devices.

No complaints about the device other than, once again, the issues I have with the remote. This is my third Roku and every time I buy one I look at the competition first because I hate the Roku remote. Way too much space is dedicated to four buttons that if you accidentally press they will disrupt your show. Roku can't put numbers on the remote but they can sell it out to the highest bidder? It stinks. I do end up buying Rokus because it is the most content neutral streaming device and has all the apps I want.

I bought 4 Roku's to watch TV with the Spectrum TV app. My in-laws have this throughout their house and they really like it however, I cannot get install it on my brand new devices. Roku won't let me log into the Spectrum TV app. The Spectrum TV app is the sole reason I bought 4 of these devices instead of the amazon FireTV's that I currently own. My Roku devices are useless to me bc Roku decides when to block apps from being used.
